開發(fā)商為了獲得更好的營銷目的，將這僅103平米的室內(nèi)空間，分隔成了四房兩廳的空間布局，如此一來，每個房間顯得相當逼仄，其帶來的空間尺度感受十分糟糕。同時，重慶設計師受限于原戶型設計的動線及空間尺度關系，并未設置獨立的入戶玄關（緩沖）區(qū)域，這些都將影響到生活空間的品質(zhì)與功能的完整性。

For better marketing purposes, the developer divided the 103 square meters of indoor space into a four-bedroom and two-living space layout. As a result, each room appears to be quite cramped, and the spatial scale it brings is very bad. . At the same time, limited by the circulation and spatial scale relationship of the original apartment design, no independent entrance hall (buffer) area is set up, which will affect the quality and functional integrity of the living space.

重慶設計師除了自身對于空間的實際使用訴求之外，空間的物理尺度與表達自我的精神尺度應一同得到適度的放開。因為，這將與生活的實際品質(zhì)緊密相關。而我，則迫切的需要這一狀態(tài)。這種狀態(tài)將是從容的，舒適的，也是我能駕馭的尺度關系。它滿足了不同的需求，在適度轉(zhuǎn)換空間職能的過程中，提升空間的實用性與多樣性。
