——探索與實(shí)踐幾代人共同生活的居住空間

本案「又見(jiàn)」別墅位于江蘇省泰州市。原貌是傳統(tǒng)的臨街商業(yè)建筑,用作木行經(jīng)營(yíng)已有15年之久,東西朝向,外觀陳舊。常年經(jīng)受噪音困擾,室內(nèi)采光不足,立柱大而密。解決這些問(wèn)題,是本哲建筑此次設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn)。
Located in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, [Meet again] villa in this case is originally a traditional street commercial building, a 15-year wooden shop with east-west orientation and obsolete appearance. All-year-round noise, insufficient indoor lighting, large and dense columns are problems as well as difficulties for Benzhe Architecture to deal with.

別墅設(shè)計(jì)師從建筑外觀重構(gòu)入手,進(jìn)行了空間的二次規(guī)劃與組織,形成全新的空間格局。打破舊有建筑刻板外觀,重新構(gòu)置了錯(cuò)落有致的新構(gòu)成式窗戶,視覺(jué)感強(qiáng),室內(nèi)光線更充足。部分后退式陽(yáng)臺(tái),減少了噪音的困擾,拓展了戶外活動(dòng)空間。缺角被補(bǔ)平,建筑形態(tài)更完整,也提高了室內(nèi)空間的利用率。每層空調(diào)都被巧妙地設(shè)置在電梯后側(cè)同一區(qū)域,這部分外墻以連續(xù)多孔造型呈現(xiàn),既滿足了空調(diào)的使用性,又增加了建筑表皮的多樣性。
Start from the reconstruction of building appearance, designer has re-planned and re-organized the space to form a new spatial pattern, breaking the stereotyped appearance of the old building, reconstructing the newly structured windows with well arrangement which increased visual sense and indoor light. Partial backward balcony reduced the noise and expanded outdoor space. With the filling-in of missed corner, the architecture form is more complete, and the utilization rate of the indoor space is improved. Air conditioner of each floor was set skillfully in a same area behind the elevator, of which part the external wall was presented in a continuous multi-hole shape, satisfying the usability of air conditioner and increasing the diversity of building appearance.

步入正門,別墅設(shè)計(jì)師把原來(lái)屬于室內(nèi)的部分空間改造成一個(gè)戶外小庭院,曲徑通幽。水景瀑布與枯山水相呼應(yīng),踏步而入讓人從嘈雜中沉靜下來(lái)。此改造既增加了觀賞性與趣味性,又解決了噪音困擾。半開(kāi)放式后院設(shè)計(jì),便于“串門兒”,符合當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)土人情,增加鄰里關(guān)系的粘性。
Walking into the front door, designer transformed part of the original indoor space into a small outdoor courtyard with winding paths. The waterfall and Japanese rock garden echo each other, making people calm down from noise when stepping into the door. This reconstruction not only increases the ornamental value and enjoyment, but also solves the noise trouble. The design of semi-open backyard is convenient to visit, conforming to local customs and increasing the closeness of neighborhoods.

業(yè)主是一個(gè)四世同堂的大家庭。如何把原有的商業(yè)建筑改造成住宅建筑,合理地規(guī)劃每個(gè)功能空間,照顧到幾代人不同的居住需求和生活習(xí)慣成為本案設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)。
Since the owner is a big family of four generations, it has become the key point of this design to transform the original commercial building to residential building with reasonable function spaces and cares of different lifestyle and living demand between generations.
