The front plate cooking area and the landscape booth are separated from the public space. The typical semi-open dining design is used in the eating area. In order to express the space, the designer avoids sophistication and exclusively uses organic materials like paper, microcement, and cypress wood. In addition to reflecting the elegance of wabi-secluded sabi’s simplicity, a single simple decoration layout also eliminates the possibility of space decoration, allowing diners to concentrate more on the quality of the ingredients and dining experience and further to experience the distinct charm of the cuisine itself.
