商業(yè)空間不好設(shè)計(jì),也不容易出效果。原因是商品種類繁多,深圳展廳設(shè)計(jì)而銷售者又恨不得將每一寸面積都用來(lái)展示自己的產(chǎn)品,因此在空間效果和產(chǎn)品銷售之間相互拉扯,各不相讓,從而兩敗俱傷。
Commercial space is not well designed, and it is not easy to produce results. The reason is that there are many kinds of goods, and the sellers are eager to use every inch of their products to show off, so they pull each other between the space effect and product sales, to no avail, thus losing both sides.
深圳展廳設(shè)計(jì)師想要的是設(shè)計(jì)感強(qiáng)有調(diào)性的建筑空間,銷售者想要的是成交率至上的實(shí)用空間,消費(fèi)者想要一個(gè)一看就明白的易選空間...而我們要打造的是一個(gè)當(dāng)人們走進(jìn)來(lái),就會(huì)為自己的生活方式毫不猶豫買單的質(zhì)感空間。
Designers want architectural space with strong sense of design and tonality, sellers want practical space with the highest transaction rate, consumers want an easy-to-choose space that can be understood at a glance ... and what we want to create is a textured space where people will not hesitate to pay for their lifestyle when they walk in.
現(xiàn)在的shopping mall里的建材店的店鋪設(shè)計(jì)基本是兩個(gè)極端,一個(gè)是單純?yōu)樵O(shè)計(jì)師情懷買單而老百姓看不懂的酷空間;一類是完全迎合銷售者賣商品而鋪陳的同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重的空間。深圳展廳設(shè)計(jì)既有賣相又有設(shè)計(jì)感的空間真的是不容易設(shè)計(jì)。
Nowadays, the shop design of building materials stores in shopping mall is basically two extremes. One is a cool space that simply pays for the designer's feelings and ordinary people can't understand; One is the space with serious homogenization that completely caters to sellers selling goods. It's really not easy to design a space that has a sense of design and looks good.
中庸之道是相互融合,相互陪襯,相互謙讓。所以相互之間的量的把握是設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵。比如商品和店內(nèi)空間的量的問(wèn)題,深圳展廳設(shè)計(jì)燈光冷暖的量的控制,明暗變化的量的控制等等。
The golden mean is mutual integration, mutual foil and mutual humility. Therefore, the grasp of mutual quantity is the key of design. For example, the quantity of goods and in-store space, the quantity control of lighting heating and cooling, the quantity control of light and shade change, and so on.
深圳金意陶·寶能第一空間店展廳設(shè)計(jì),在商場(chǎng)里面的鋪位并不好,所以如何引起關(guān)注和輔助營(yíng)銷就面臨更加嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。這幾年跟金意陶的合作,已經(jīng)做了很多的探索,在深圳寶能店里我們?cè)俅螄L試打破傳統(tǒng)瓷磚店銷售設(shè)計(jì)的壁壘。
