斯林百蘭是一個擁有近百年歷史的英國品牌，也是皇家御用品牌，其致力于為消費者提供五星級的睡眠服務。以其品牌形象為基礎，設計師將清醒和沉睡之間交接轉(zhuǎn)換的這一個現(xiàn)象具體化，當作這個案子的設計軸心。依循這樣的一個設計語言，光鮮的白色外形可以是清醒的一種表現(xiàn)，而當顧客走入店內(nèi)，迎面而來的沉穩(wěn)橡木色調(diào)則成為了讓人安心熟睡的保護色。同時，為了配合斯林百蘭的品牌印象，設計了英倫印象派色彩的裝飾細節(jié)，帶給顧客更具質(zhì)感的空間體驗。設計公司

Acknowledging the client’s trade in the bedding industry, SODA has translated the ideology of sleep as transiting between the conscious and sub-conscious mind. With this design language, a radiant white wash frontage is seen as the realm of clear consciousness conjoining a sombre oak shed that is seen as a temporal refuge for the sub-consciousness mind. Amplifying the genetics of Slumberland’s enduring history of nearly 100 years, it is only logical to correlate the brand personality with English Heritage. Tracing the merits of Colonial Architecture and tactility of Art during the Impressionism period, it is further deciphered into a myriad of experiential spatial qualities.
